Small business CRM requirements are not a smaller version of enterprise requirements. They are a different set entirely, because the constraint is not complexity, it is attention. Nobody in a ten-person company has a job title that includes maintaining the CRM.
So the requirement is a system that earns its keep in the first week, captures most of its data automatically, and produces one useful output every morning: the list of people to contact today. Everything else is secondary, and most failed small business CRM purchases failed by getting that order backwards.
