Copper CRM costs $29, $69 or $134 per seat per month billed monthly, and $23, $59 or $99 per seat per month billed annually. Those are the Basic, Professional and Business prices on Copper's own pricing page, read on 22 October 2026, in US dollars and before taxes. A ten-person team therefore pays between $230 and $990 a month on annual billing, or between $290 and $1,340 a month if it pays month by month.

01

The three Copper plans side by side

Copper sells three tiers and shows a monthly and an annual price for each. The annual figure is labelled "paid annually", and the page headlines "up to 26% off". Our reading of the difference is below; the last column is our arithmetic from the two printed prices, not a number Copper publishes.

PlanPer seat, monthly billingPer seat, annual billingContactsMonthly costs more by
Basic$29 per month$23 per month2,500$6 per seat (about 26%)
Professional$69 per month$59 per month15,000$10 per seat (about 17%)
Business$134 per month$99 per monthUnlimited$35 per seat (about 35%)

The "up to 26%" claim holds only for Business, where $99 is 26% below $134. Basic's annual price is about 21% lower and Professional's about 14% lower. Copper says the annual prices are for annual payment, so the cash you commit up front is twelve times the figure, per seat: $276 on Basic, $708 on Professional and $1,188 on Business. Copper's page does not state a minimum seat count, a trial length, or whether a plan can be changed mid-term, so ask before you rely on any of those.

02

What a 5, 10 and 25 person team pays

Totals below multiply a seat price by the headcount. They assume everyone is on the same plan, exclude taxes and fees, and exclude anything bought outside Copper. The first table is annual billing and the second is monthly billing. The HelloGrowthCRM row is the same in both, since its US$12 is a monthly-billing price.

Annual billing, shown as the monthly equivalent

Plan5 users per month10 users per month25 users per month10 users per year
Copper Basic (annual)$115$230$575$2,760
Copper Professional (annual)$295$590$1,475$7,080
Copper Business (annual)$495$990$2,475$11,880
HelloGrowthCRM (US$12, monthly billing)US$60US$120US$300US$1,440

Monthly billing

Plan5 users per month10 users per month25 users per month10 users per year
Copper Basic (monthly)$145$290$725$3,480
Copper Professional (monthly)$345$690$1,725$8,280
Copper Business (monthly)$670$1,340$3,350$16,080
HelloGrowthCRM (US$12, monthly billing)US$60US$120US$300US$1,440

At ten users the yearly gap to a flat US$12 seat is $1,320 on Basic annual, $5,640 on Professional annual and $10,440 on Business annual. On monthly billing the gaps are $2,040, $6,840 and $14,640. Put per seat, Copper's annual price is about 1.9 times US$12 on Basic, 4.9 times on Professional and 8.3 times on Business.

03

Reading the plan ladder

Copper's page describes each tier as cumulative: Business is "everything in Professional plus" and Professional is "everything in Basic plus". The headline additions in those summaries are below. We could read the names of the rows in Copper's comparison table but not the tick marks, so this list comes from the plan summaries and is not a complete tier map.

  • Basic is described as task automation, pipelines, project management and contact enrichment, with a 2,500 contact limit.
  • Professional adds workflow automation, bulk email, reporting and integrations, with a 15,000 contact limit.
  • Business adds email series, custom reports, multi-currency and premium support, with no contact limit.
  • Support: the comparison table says personal onboarding and premium support are for eligible Business and Professional annual-tier accounts, so a monthly-billed Professional team may not qualify.

The table also lists rows for single sign-on (Okta), team permissions, forms without Copper branding, a Zapier connection, and JustCall and RingCentral integrations. We cannot tell you which tier each sits on. If one of them is a requirement, read that row on Copper's page before choosing a tier, because it can move you from the $23 Basic price to the $99 Business price.

04

The Google Workspace question

Copper's page description invites you to "find the right Google Workspace CRM for your team", and the comparison table lists a Chrome extension, Gmail email, contact and file sync, Calendar sync, Contact sync, Drive links and a Sheets and Looker Studio connection. The page does not say a Workspace subscription is required, and it does not price one. If your company already pays for Workspace, Copper's fit is its pitch. If your staff use another mail system, ask Copper how the email features behave before you pay, and add any Google cost to your own budget separately from the figures above.

05

Three triggers that raise a Copper bill

Three things push a Copper bill upward. The first is the contact ceiling: a company that holds 4,000 contacts cannot stay on Basic's 2,500, and moves to Professional, which at annual billing is $36 more per seat per month. The second is the step to Business for custom reports, email series and multi-currency, a further $40 per seat on annual billing. The third is billing term: a team unsure about the commitment that pays monthly gives up $6 to $35 per seat per month to keep the flexibility. Compare that against a flat seat, where headcount is the only variable you manage.

06

What HelloGrowthCRM charges for the same ten seats

HelloGrowthCRM lists at US$12 per user per month in dollars, or Rs 899 per user per month plus 18% GST in India. Ten users are US$120 a month, or Rs 8,990 before GST and Rs 10,608.20 with it; five users are Rs 4,495 before GST and Rs 5,304.10 with it. A Free plan is available too. Copper's page we read is dollar-only, so we have no rupee Copper price to set beside those rupee figures.

It is a CRM with an AI layer, a built-in dialer and WhatsApp on Meta's official Cloud API, all inside the seat price, which Copper lists differently: the Copper page we read links calling to JustCall and RingCentral integrations, each its own vendor. Our CRM dialer and call recording pages describe calling, the WhatsApp page covers messaging, and AI lead scoring, sales automation and the quote builder cover the rest. Copper's strength is its tight Gmail and Calendar integration, and a team whose whole day happens in Gmail may value that over the extras. The cost page does not settle that question; it only prices the seat.

Sources and dates

  • Copper plan prices (monthly and annual), contact limits, "up to 26% off", USD and tax note, free-trial wording and plan summaries come from a text extraction (WebFetch) of copper.com/pricing on 22 October 2026. A separate rendered scrape (Firecrawl) of the same page showed no prices, only the comparison-table row names, support-eligibility note and Google Workspace rows. Tick marks in the comparison table could not be read.
  • HelloGrowthCRM seat prices (US$12 and Rs 899 plus 18% GST) are the list prices on the HelloGrowthCRM pricing page.
  • Team totals, percentage differences and multiples are our arithmetic from the printed prices. They exclude tax, Google Workspace, third-party integrations and negotiated discounts.

For features rather than price, see HelloGrowthCRM vs Copper CRM, the Copper alternatives overview and the Copper CRM alternative page. If you are already on Copper, the switch from Copper guide covers moving data, and our own plans are on the pricing page. Other vendors get the same arithmetic in Pipedrive pricing and monday CRM pricing.

What you get

Why teams choose HelloGrowthCRM

AI-powered CRM with the features you need to close more deals.

  • Basic, $29 per seat per month on monthly billing or $23 on annual billing: up to 2,500 contacts on Copper's page, plus task automation, pipelines, project management and contact enrichment in its plan summary.
  • Professional, $69 per seat per month monthly or $59 annual: up to 15,000 contacts, and the plan summary adds workflow automation, bulk email, reporting and more integrations.
  • Business, $134 per seat per month monthly or $99 annual: unlimited contacts, and the plan summary adds email series, custom reports, multi-currency and premium support.
  • Annual discount is uneven: switching from monthly to annual saves about 21% on Basic, 14% on Professional and 26% on Business, which is where Copper's own 'up to 26% off' line comes from.
  • Currency and tax: Copper states its prices are in USD and exclude taxes and fees where applicable. We read no rupee, pound or euro price list.
  • Free trial: each plan has a Try free button and the page says no credit card is required. It does not state how long the trial lasts.
  • Minimum seats: the pricing page does not state a minimum, so we make no claim about one.
  • Google Workspace: Copper markets itself as a Google Workspace CRM and lists a Chrome extension, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Drive and Sheets sync, but the pricing page does not say a paid Workspace subscription is required.
  • Support and onboarding: the page says personal onboarding and premium support are for eligible Business and Professional annual-tier accounts.
  • Against Copper's per-seat ladder, HelloGrowthCRM is one seat price (Rs 899 plus 18% GST in India, US$12 on monthly billing in dollars), so ten users cost US$120 a month whichever features they use, and a Free plan is available.
