How pest control work is actually won in Egypt
Households react, businesses plan
Residential enquiries here arrive as an emergency. Somebody sees something, sends a message to a page or calls two companies, and books whichever one replies with a clear price and an appointment. The job is small, the decision is quick, and the only real competitive lever is how fast and how clearly you answer.
Business customers work on an entirely different timetable. A restaurant, hotel, bakery, food factory, hospital or compound buys an annual programme after a survey and a proposal, with a committee or an administration manager approving the budget. The decision takes weeks, the contract lasts a year, and it is renewed or replaced on the strength of the service record rather than the first quotation.
The evidence is part of the service
For any food related customer, the pest control contract exists partly to satisfy inspection. That means the report after each visit is not paperwork, it is the deliverable. A company that services evenly through the year and leaves a proper record every time is protecting its customer. One that concentrates visits near the end of the contract creates a gap that will be noticed at exactly the wrong moment.
