    Setup in 3 steps

      Create an Exhibition in your CRM

      Go to Exhibitions → New Exhibition. Enter the event name, dates, and assign team members. The app will create a dedicated pipeline tag for this event.

      Configure field mapping and scan forms

      In Settings → Exhibition, review the default field mapping and optionally add custom questions reps will answer after each scan (interest level, product discussed, next step).

      Download the mobile app and test-scan

      Install HelloGrowthCRM on your team's Android phones. Open Exhibitions, select your event, and do a test scan with a QR code from your phone. Confirm the contact appears in CRM.

    Lead Capture FAQ

    Which event platforms are supported?
    CVENT, Eventbrite, ExpoCad, a2z Events, Swoogo, Aventri, and most platforms that generate standard QR or NFC badges.
    How does OCR handle non-English business cards?
    Our OCR model supports Latin, Devanagari (Hindi), and CJK scripts. Non-supported scripts fall back to manual review.
    Can I customise which CRM fields are populated?
    Yes — in Settings → Exhibition → Field Mapping, you can map any badge field to any custom CRM field.
    What's the deduplication logic?
    Email is the primary match key. If a match is found, the existing contact is updated rather than duplicated. Company is a secondary match key.
    Can I add custom questions during scanning?
    Yes — create a Scan Form with up to 5 custom questions. Reps answer them immediately after each scan (e.g. interest level, product discussed).
