Open Exhibition Capture
Go to Field Operations > Exhibition Capture and activate an event first.

Choose scan mode
Use Capture for camera-first scanning, Card Scan for business cards, or Voice for hands-free input.

Take photo or upload image
Tap Take Photo or Upload Image to extract lead details quickly from badges/cards.

Review and save
Confirm extracted fields, add tags, and save. AI enrichment runs after successful processing.

Track in Leads/Events/Insights
Monitor total, hot, warm, and cold leads with real-time event-level visibility.

- Which badge formats are supported?
- QR codes (standard and event-specific), NFC tap badges, and business card OCR. We support CVENT, Eventbrite, ExpoCad, and most major event management platforms.
- Does it work without internet at the venue?
- Yes. All scans are stored locally and synced when connectivity is restored. You'll see a sync indicator in the app.
- How many AI Credits does a badge scan use?
- Scanning is free. AI enrichment (company data, industry, role) uses 3 credits per contact.
- Can multiple reps scan at the same event?
- Yes — unlimited team members can scan simultaneously. All leads are deduplicated and merged in real time.
- Can I export exhibition leads to Excel?
- Yes. Export by event, date range, or rep as CSV or XLSX from the CRM dashboard.
