Overview
LangSmith is LangChain's platform for debugging, testing and monitoring applications built with large language models, giving developers trace-level visibility into AI agent and chain executions.
HelloGrowthCRM does not have a native LangSmith connector yet — it is on the other vertical / misc list of planned integrations. That does not mean the two cannot work together today.
LangSmith's webhook-based run callbacks can post trace summaries to HelloGrowthCRM's inbound webhook endpoint, and its API can be queried from an n8n or Make workflow to attach trace links to CRM records.
What a LangSmith link would do
- Log a summary of an AI sales-assistant's LangSmith trace, including steps taken and tools called, onto the related deal's activity timeline for auditability.
- Flag a task when a LangSmith evaluation run detects a drop in an AI agent's response quality on customer-facing conversations.
- Attach a link to the LangSmith trace for a given AI-drafted email or summary onto the contact record it was generated for.

- Start with the one LangSmith event your team acts on most, send only that into HelloGrowthCRM, and check a week of records before adding more.
- Pick one matching key for LangSmith records — usually work email or phone — so an event updates the existing lead instead of creating a duplicate.
- Name an owner for the LangSmith connection: whoever set up the webhook or Zap should also be the person who notices when it stops.
