The Built-in Dialer for Real Estate Pre-Sales Calling

A pre-sales executive works with a portal dashboard on the screen and a phone in their hand, retyping numbers and updating the sheet later if the day allows. The dialer moves the call into the record instead. The buyer's enquiry, the project they asked about, the previous two attempts and the outcome field sit on one screen, so a day of calling produces a history somebody else can use rather than a row that says spoke.

The same buyer, called twice, quoted twice

A buyer serious about a purchase enquires on MagicBricks, then on 99acres, then fills the form on your own site. Three enquiries, three executives, three calls within an hour of each other, and occasionally three slightly different answers on the payment plan. The buyer draws the obvious conclusion about how the project is run.

The opposite failure costs more. An enquiry is rung once, nobody picks up, and the record is marked not interested. Nothing schedules the second attempt, so a buyer who was in a meeting at eleven on Tuesday never hears from the project again. Nobody can say how many attempts were made, at what hours, or how many of last month's enquiries were called at all.

Every attempt on the record, every outcome coded

Calls start from the enquiry, so the number is never mistyped and the history is already open. The outcome is selected before the call closes, whether site visit fixed, call back later, budget mismatch, wrong family member or already booked elsewhere, and a next action with a date is required, which is how a call-back becomes a task rather than an intention.

Duplicate detection merges one phone number arriving from three sources into a single record with three source tags, so the second executive sees the first call before dialling. Call lists are built from filters: enquired yesterday, attended a visit with no cost sheet, no contact in thirty days. Managers see calls, connect rates and outcomes per executive.

A portal enquiry, worked properly

An enquiry arrives at twenty to ten at night for a 2BHK. The first call goes out before the desk closes.

  1. 1The executive calls from the record, gets no answer, codes the outcome and sets the next attempt for the following morning.
  2. 2The second attempt connects, the budget band and possession preference are captured, and a Sunday visit is booked from the same screen.
  3. 3The notes and outcome sit on the lead, so the closing manager taking the negotiation reads the history rather than asking again.

₹899/user/month + GST on annual billing, billed in INR with a GST-compliant invoice. ₹1,099/user/month + GST if you would rather pay month to month. The free plan carries one user and 200 leads and does not expire.

Put your own week through it

Import last month's enquiries and replay them through this workflow. It takes an afternoon and tells you more than a demo will.
