Overview
RentSpree is a US platform that lets landlords and agents collect online rental applications, run tenant screening (credit, background and eviction checks) and manage lease documents.
HelloGrowthCRM does not have a native Rentspree connector yet — it is on the real estate list of planned integrations. That does not mean the two cannot work together today.
RentSpree application and screening notification emails can be forwarded to a HelloGrowthCRM email-to-lead address, or a Zapier or Make automation can post new applicant events to HelloGrowthCRM's inbound webhook or REST API.
What a Rentspree link would do
- A completed RentSpree tenant application creates a lead with the screening status (pending, approved, denied) attached.
- A cleared credit or background check in RentSpree triggers a task for the leasing agent to schedule a lease signing.
- A new applicant submitting through a shared RentSpree link creates a contact and starts a WhatsApp follow-up for missing documents.
