How fast will my leads get a response?
Growth Engine and RevOps Partner both include a same-business-day SLA for new inbound leads. Our target is under 1 hour during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST).
What if I need to approve outbound messages?
You set the rules. We use an approval workflow for sensitive changes — new templates, offers, or any messaging that touches legal or pricing. Routine follow-ups use pre-approved templates you've signed off on.
Can I start with Growth Engine and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Most clients start with Growth Engine to prove ROI, then upgrade to RevOps Partner when they're ready for deeper funnel optimization and automation work.
What tools does your team use?
Our team primarily operates inside HelloGrowthCRM, but you're free to keep using your own CRM or software stack. We adapt our workflows to fit alongside your existing tools. All actions are logged, auditable, and visible in your dashboard — no shadow tools or external spreadsheets.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We recommend a 3-month initial engagement to see meaningful results, but there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
How do you handle compliance for email and SMS?
We follow CAN-SPAM, FCC/CTIA guidelines, and your consent preferences. All outbound sequences include opt-out handling, suppression lists, and consent verification before enabling SMS.
