Why interior enquiries look healthy and convert badly
An interior studio rarely has a lead problem. Portals, builder tie-ups, architect referrals and past clients keep the enquiry list long enough to feel comfortable. The problem is that the list contains three completely different things and treats them as one.
Some enquiries are people with keys, a budget and a date. Some are people whose flat will be handed over in fourteen months. And some are people collecting free concepts from every studio in the city. On one list they all look the same, and the studio spends its scarcest resource, design hours, evenly across them.
