Overview
Qualia is a US title and escrow closing software platform that title companies, escrow officers and real estate attorneys use to manage the closing process, from order opening through disbursement.
HelloGrowthCRM does not have a native Qualia connector yet — it is on the real estate list of planned integrations. That does not mean the two cannot work together today.
Qualia offers API access for title and escrow partners, so a team can use Zapier, Make or n8n to sync order status changes into HelloGrowthCRM's inbound webhook, or export closing reports as CSV or Excel for bulk import.
What a Qualia link would do
- A new title order opened in Qualia creates a matching deal with the closing date and property address attached.
- A closing document package marked ready in Qualia creates a task for the escrow officer to schedule signing.
- A completed disbursement in Qualia moves the matching deal to closed-won and logs the final closing date.

- Start with the one Qualia event your team acts on most, send only that into HelloGrowthCRM, and check a week of records before adding more.
- Pick one matching key for Qualia records — usually work email or phone — so an event updates the existing lead instead of creating a duplicate.
- Name an owner for the Qualia connection: whoever set up the webhook or Zap should also be the person who notices when it stops.
