Overview
RealPage is a US property management software suite used by multifamily and rental housing operators for leasing, resident screening, accounting and revenue management across large apartment portfolios.
HelloGrowthCRM does not have a native RealPage connector yet — it is on the real estate list of planned integrations. That does not mean the two cannot work together today.
RealPage data can be exported as CSV or Excel for bulk import into HelloGrowthCRM, and teams with API access can use Zapier, Make or n8n against HelloGrowthCRM's REST API to sync prospect and lease events.
What a RealPage link would do
- A new prospect leasing enquiry logged in RealPage creates a lead with the desired unit type and move-in date.
- A completed resident screening or application approval in RealPage moves the matching deal to the lease-signed stage.
- A lease renewal or expiration date due in RealPage creates a task for the leasing team to begin renewal outreach.

- Pick one matching key for RealPage records — usually work email or phone — so an event updates the existing lead instead of creating a duplicate.
- Name an owner for the RealPage connection: whoever set up the webhook or Zap should also be the person who notices when it stops.
