Mindbody is business software for fitness, wellness and beauty businesses. It runs class and appointment booking, memberships, point of sale and payments, a website and booking widgets, and lists the business on the Mindbody consumer app. Mindbody says more than 40,000 businesses use it. Plans are priced per location rather than per user, from Starter to Ultimate (checked 2026-10-29).
HelloGrowthCRM is an AI CRM suite for the part before someone becomes a member. Enquiries arrive from web forms, website chat, calls and social messages, each with an owner and a follow-up task. Staff call from the browser, an AI voice agent answers missed calls, and email sequences and texts chase trial bookings until the lead replies.
There is no Mindbody connector, so the two run side by side: new enquiries live in HelloGrowthCRM until they book, and members live in Mindbody. The tables on this page show both columns as of 2026-10-29. "Not listed" means Mindbody's own pages do not list the capability, and a plan name means it starts on that plan.
