    Lead capture

    Typeform, Tally.so & Google Forms + HelloGrowthCRM

Form submission ingestion to CRM leads via native connectors or webhooks (Typeform, Tally.so, Google Forms).

    Overview

Typeform, Tally, and Google Forms are common capture surfaces. Webhook ingestion turns responses into CRM leads with predictable field mapping; keep question text stable to avoid breaking mappings.

    What data is involved

    • Each submission → lead or activity with mapped answers.
    • Hidden UTM fields when you add them to forms.

    Step-by-step setup

Setup at a glance (3-5 bullets)

    • Configure each form’s webhook URL to your CRM ingestion endpoint.
    • Map question fields to CRM lead fields.
    • Enable deduplication on email or phone.
    1. Sign in or sign up at HelloGrowthCRM. Open the login page, enter your credentials (or use Google), or choose Sign up if you need a new account. You must be signed in before you can open Settings and connect this integration.

    Best practices

    • Version forms when changing questions; update CRM mapping in the same release.
    • Use email as dedupe key when possible.

Best for & common use cases

Marketing and event teams that collect leads without a custom landing stack.

    • Webinar and content downloads flowing straight into routing rules.

    Expected outcomes

    • Faster lead handoff between tools and CRM owners
    • Cleaner activity history for follow-up and reporting
    • Lower manual copy-paste errors in the pipeline

    FAQ

    Governance

Treat API keys and webhooks as production secrets. Align field mapping with your privacy policy and regional regulations (GDPR, marketing consent, telemarketing rules). Your admin controls which roles can install or edit integrations.
