How property teams call today, and where the calls leak
A buyer sees a three BHK listing at half past ten at night and taps enquire. The enquiry lands in a shared mailbox, a portal dashboard and somebody's phone. It gets called at four the next afternoon, by which point the buyer has spoken to two other projects and stopped answering unknown numbers.
The three calls that decide a booking
Property selling runs on three conversations, each leaking differently. The qualification call fails when it happens too late. The visit confirmation call is often skipped entirely, which is why Saturday footfall is routinely half of what the diary promised. The post-visit call happens but produces nothing usable, because the objection is heard and never written down.
The result is a pipeline where every enquiry looks the same colour. A lead rung six times and refused sits beside a lead nobody dialled. When a project underperforms, the review becomes an argument about lead quality that neither side can win, because the calling record does not exist in any readable form.
