Agri sales has the hardest deadline in business: the monsoon
Every other industry can slip a campaign by a fortnight. An agri-input company cannot, because the sowing window does not negotiate. The whole commercial year compresses into booking windows, scheme deadlines and demo seasons, worked by a field team that is on the road precisely when the follow-up load peaks. Sequences carry that load: they mail the network on the calendar's schedule, track who engaged, and hand the warm conversations back to humans.
The dealer layer runs on email; the farmer layer does not
An honest agriculture page has to say this plainly: farmers largely do not read email. Dealers, distributors, FPO coordinators and institutional buyers do. Point sequences at the trade and institutions, and use the same CRM's WhatsApp and calling tools for the field — one record, different channels for different audiences.
