Overview
WhatsApp Business Platform requires Meta-approved templates for many outbound initiations, and a customer service window for conversational replies. HelloGrowthCRM ties threads to contacts so reps see message history next to deals. Compliance (opt-in, regional rules) should be documented alongside technical setup.
